On the first morning I opened the door here at Forever Young, my vision was to create a salon with a very comfortable environment, where customer service and education is the main focus. After years of training with the best in the business and becoming a respected specialist in style and colour myself, I knew it was time for a new direction.
The focus of my new journey was to make my guests feel welcome and satisfied; as well as, to inspire my team to develop and grow. Today, over a decade later, our family of very caring, highly talented and very well trained salon and spa professionals are making our guests look and feel spectacular.
We each have a personal vision for our own style. This is why active listening is one of the most important skills I mentor my team to develop and value. We believe an understanding of your personal vision for your style should guide your Forever Young experience whatever the end style result may be.
Our passion for discovering the latest trends and our proven tradecraft are key tools we use when working with our guests to discover their style potential. We bring that style potential to life through a team who’s proven expertise we recognize through a system of professional levels. These levels clearly indicate to our guests our team member’s individual experience and achievements.
I look forward to the challenges of bringing Forever Young to an even higher level of customer service.
